We are a professional association of members certified in corporate governance post graduate studies. We aim to provide our members with continuous professional development programmes and other resources to enable them to keep abreast of this continually evolving subject.

The Association seeks to promote best practice in governance across the commercial, public and voluntary sectors by developing Codes of Good Governance in partnership with like-minded organisations as well as providing candidates for board positions.

It is the combination of our members' professional experience and corporate governance qualifications which makes them highly valued as non-executive directors.
