There is a current transition period for companies adopting new requirements under the Companies Act 2014.
The Board of the CGAI has established a working group to review the changes required to its Articles and Memorandum. In doing so, the CGAI aims to demonstrate best practice in adopting the provisions of the Companies Act 2014 at the earliest opportunity.
A first meeting of the Companies Act Revision Group took place in October 2015 chaired by Ms Emer Moriarty Crowley with fellow Board member Mr Sean Quigley in attendance. We are delighted to welcome Ms Anne Farland, Mr Geoffrey Dunne and Mr John O Keefe to this committee. Recommendations will follow.
